Create a matter with a name and deal type. Supported practice areas include Corporate & M&A, Litigation, Employment, Contracts & Vendor, Intellectual Property, Real Estate, and Regulatory & Compliance.

Upload your documents once
Drop in PDFs, DOCX, scanned pages, or image files. The agent extracts content, runs OCR on unreadable pages, generates summaries, and indexes everything for retrieval. Upload once — the files stay ready.

Ask questions grounded in your case files
Use the Analysis tab to ask matter-specific questions. The agent answers using your documents as primary context. Answers cite the specific file and section they came from.

Return to the matter at any time
The matter context persists indefinitely. Come back after three months and the agent already knows the documents, prior analysis, and open questions — no re-briefing.
